Have you solved your problem?

Go to the Oracle Froms website and look at the sample forms. http://www.oracle.com/technology/sample_code/products/forms/6idemos.html

I suggest looking at the 'vnc' website at http://www.realvnc.com or googling something like 'vnc application' which returned entries like http://www.realvnc.com/pipermail/vnc-list/2006-March/054318.html
