I have two data base in my oracle8i server
1. name 2. name1. i want to connect my asp program with database name1. by default it access "name" database table.

Hi,
y dont u create two connect strings in the prior (i.e.) one for the name and second for the name1 databases. in that case u can open the corresponding conenction strings depending on the requirement.
