hi

I've Oracle 10g & 11g on the same machine.
when I use SQL*Plus window it automatically load Oracle 10g,
if I use command line window (cmd) it load oracle 11g automatically.

my question is
on SQL*Plus or command line windows, how to switch between 10g & 11g

Create a batch file for each oracle version to set the appropriate environment and execute it before executing sqlplus.
Or use a net connection to connect to your different databases regardless of SQL*Plus version.

I think this is not even an Oracle question. You have on your Windows machine one shortcut and you expect it to magically open one of two completely different files.
Just add another shortcut for the 11g SQL*Plus.
From the command-line: the 11g bin-path precedes the 10g bin-path, so that one will be used. If you want to run the 10g version, enter the full path-to-the-binary
