Hi,

We are getting mail alerts in GRID.

The tablespaces were with 85% and 97% thresholds but it did not generate the mails. When we changed the tablespace thresholds for one of databases with 10%(warning) and 20%(critical), it started triggering the mails for the tablespace usage with the wrong information.

We received a mail alert mentioning that it has occupied 14% of space in USERS tablespace. Also the alert in the console has the same information. But the tablespace information says 99.8 % of space is occupied
which is the correct information.

Please let us know the way to rectify this issue.
