SQL plus with access MDB [message #397352]

hi experts

I just installed 10g developer suite and now i want to access MDB from Sql plus. In previous releases like dev 6i i have to create ODBC connection like e.g.(XXDB connection name ) and in sql pluss connection string i have to right aa/aa@ODBC:XXDB
and my sql plus connection was created with no error. But now it shows
ORA-03121: no interface driver connected - function not performed.

Now what should i do, It seems driver missing. what sort of driver i need and where i can get this or if i am doing mistake please idetify and idea how to resolve this situation.
