Put EVERYTHING into the one directory.

on the development machine u need to put the dll file in the bin path of the developer, (and when installing at client side, put the dll (and plx) in the folder where your fmx files are placed and ( if you are creating a shortcut at desktop then give the start in path to the folder where your files are placed) every thing will work perfectly.

2nd, placing the pll & plx file on the development machine:
in forms 6i, u can paste them at <devhome>\tools\open60\plsqllib\ folder and everything will be fine. (note dll is still in the bin folder of the development machine)

3rdly, if u have read the documentation of d2kwutil then there is also a option to at a registry string to point to the folder wheres the dll is placed. u can also use that.

I repeat, put everything into the one direectory. Placing code in different ORACLE created directories will almost certainly lead to losing modules when you upgrade your oracle installation.
