Could you please let me know how can we generate code in OWB for bulk delete/update statements based on rowid ?

I dont know if you are still looking for an answer..
Setting the target table in the right mode is the key.. As far as BULK is concerned, you can always do it through enabling the Parallel mode in the mapping Configuration properties..
