I can try to insert records in Enternal table it gives an error.
Can records insert in extenal table from SQL* PLUS?

No you cannot insert record in an external table using sql insert command.

You could, of course, have simply referred to the concepts documentation where this information is described in just two very straightforward paragraphs.

Don't you think it would be helpful if you told us the error? Geez. I am guessing it is this error, which is quite clear to me what it means.
30657,0000, "operation not supported on external organized table"
