Hi friends,

I am required to write or update files on application server using its FTP.
Is it possible using pl/sql?
And if possible, then please help me to do so.
Any help would be appriciated.

regards,
Delna

Post DDL for tables.
Post DML for test data.

Post expected/desired results.

Under Windows (apologies for Unix.Linux fans - I've never tried this on a proper operating system) if your server Listener process is running from a network domain account, then you can use UTL_FILE to write to other servers if you specify the path as a unc path (//servername/path)

I'd have been suprised if there was something like that that was possible in Windows, but not in *nix
