I am trying to use the UTL_FILE package in a stored procedure to insert the record into oracle table from a csv file. Suppose after inserting the records from the csv file say "A.csv" file into the oracle table in need to rename that csv file with a date stamp like "A_YYYYMMDD.csv" How can this be done in that PL/SQL code ?
