Dear All,

I need to know the command of granting unlock users pivilege to a user without graning him dba privilege ...

You have to grant him ALTER USER privilege but in this case he can get DBA when he wants.

You could create a procedure that unlocks users under a dba user and then grant execute on that to the user you want.

thanks for both replies i dont want to grant him dba prev. directely but he actually have the sys password,, so both solutions will work with me

I have the same issue here , and am trying to create a database procedure but i dont know how to run ddl statements inside database procedures ( forms_ddl of course cant be used there )...

can anyone send me the procedure..

Use "execute immediate" keyword.
