Does Oracle offers various level of support..For example

For My Production Server I can get Gold Support (or Level 1 support or whatever name it may be ) for 24/7 support?

For my non production servers (i.e. Test/Dev Servers) I can get lower level support (Silver/Bronze Support or Level 2/3... support or whatever name it may be for 9/5 support? )

You can have several contracts (CSI).
You should ask your Oracle contact for more details.
