Upon upgrading to Service Pack 3 on Windows XP, there is an issue with exporting to Excel. The issue is that as soon as the export is complete, it does not open Excel. Previously, I had been able to resolve this issue by adding the Oracle address to trusted sites in Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this is not the issue this time. I have gone in to the file types for relevant extensions and played with the "confirm after download" option. I have also tried lowering the macro security in Excel. Nothing seems to help.

Does anyone have any ideas? I would really appreciate whatever you have to offer.
