how i can solve this problem?

What version of Forms and database are you using and with which PC operating system?

Is this a new form or an existing form?

form 6i and database 10g and os window 2000 and what is mean by old form and new form.
send me method about both.

A new form is one that you are writing from scratch NOW! An old form is one that has been in production for a few months or more and which you have to modify.
