In what circumstance we can go for a package?.
If we pin a package in SHPool what will happen internally,Whether the rows that fecthed using some functions or procedure will remain in Shared pool area.?
Pls send ur answer for the above questions.

If You Pin a Package / Procedure in Shared pool only the Oracle statements used in the Package / Procedure remains in the Library. The data that is accessed or affected by these Packages / Procedures will not be pinned and hence they will be following the same path and will be replaced using the Least Used Logarithm.
