hi all...

is there any sample oracle database.I want to use it in my examples.I dont want to be missunderstood, ı mean just like "Nortwind".As you know there is a sample database in SQL server 2005.

The "Companion CD" contains sample schema.

Did you install an Oracle database? If not, well, you should; otherwise, even if you find a sample schema, there's nowehere to put it in.

Furthermore, every (at least, I think so) Oracle database contains precreated sample schemas as "scott" or "hr". These users might be locked, but privileged user (as SYS) can easily unlock it.

Databases (and any other Oracle software) can be found at Oracle Technology Network.

Firstly I want to say "sorry".Because mt title is wrong.
I installed oracle 10g express edition and I installed oracle sql developer.I know that otracle 10g xe contains saple schemas but they comes to me a bit complucated because ı am new in oracle.I have just started to study.There is too many oracle source but I dont know where ı am going to start from.

I think you are good at oracle.please help me.How can ı learn oracle.How can ı start.
