Hi,

We are using backend as Oracle 9i and Front end as Forms 10g.
We are preparing some status reports .
In one team there are 10 people. For 10 people it showing their status report as follows.
EMPLEVEL Train1 Train2 train3
----------------------------------------------------
Programmer 20% 49% 50%
Senior 40% 60% 98%
Manager 30% 80% 32%

If 5 people moved out from the team if again we are trying to generate the report it is generating the report for 10 peoples. But it needs to generate report for 5 .so I need to deactivate those resources who are moved out.

Can you please let me know how to do this.

Please let me know if you need more information.

Thank you

So far you have posted over 400 messages. In reply to that, you have received about 400 messages stating that you should show us what you are doing.

What on earth does that mean in relation to your data?
And, speaking about data, what does your table-structure look like?

Now, please, for once, prepare a testcase showing us what it is you want, without another endless discussion.
