Hi, I'm trying to create a database with dbca. I can run xclock and I run dbca without problems, but at the end when I push in finish button the installer doesn't run the process installation nor generates the scripts. I don't know what is the problem. Can anybody help me?

Thanks

Are there any logs that get generated in the $ORACLE_HOME/assistants/dbca/logs directory ?

You may want to look at Note: 428118.1 to enable tracing on dbca or use truss when you launch the executable.

The problem is solved. I have linked the jre directory to a jre of versión 1.6 of the server. With versión 1.4 and 1.5 doesn't works.

Thanks
