Use CASE statement instead.

hi,

so far as i know :

in ORACLE

decode(a, b,b1, c,c1, ..., z1)
=
case when a=b then b1
     when a=c then c1
     ...
     else z1
end


i think it can be applied to MSSQL,
please try.
