hi
i have a table containing the dates and the day of the week.
i would like to display the output in the following format.
mon tue wed thur fri sat sun
1 2 3 4 5 6
7 8...................
any suggestions will be useful

is the date a "FULL DATE"??
i mean, dd-mon-yyyy format?
becuase we need to map the month and days...too!
if date is just a number, like 7 (7th day of month)
we need the month also!
