My Query is like this,

SELECT INSTLNUM,replace(INSTLNUM,'Installments ')INSTLAMT,COMP_APPL_ID id ,APPLID
FROM TABLE(CAST(FNGETFORMATTEDINSTALLMENTS(145) AS TABINSTALLPLOTNEW))

I have to extract only numbers from first column.
How to extract it ??Please help me??

Ex. 1 -59 Installments -->i need only 1 and 59 seperated values.
60th Installment --->Only 60
Is regular_expression is useful?/

Use regexp functions.
There are many examples to use it and for your specific case in this forum.
