Hi.

i have migrated my 6i forms to 10g. In 6i we used to connect to database server from client using existing ONAMES.

i have installed application server 10.1.2.0. 2 with OID on a seprate computer.

There are 30 user accounts in my database.

1) Do i need to create those accounts in oracle internet Directory for using OID ?

2) When connecting from client's browser how OID will forward client's connection request to database server.?

Please help me

Thanks.

Have a look in "OracleŽ Application Server Forms Services Deployment Guide, 10g (9.0.4) for Windows and UNIX" at http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B13597_05/bf.904/b10470/sso.htm
