Hi, I am new to this forum. Anyway I have about 18 months Oracle experiance and I have decided to do the 1Z0-047 exam.

Is this the only exam I need to take to obtain this certification?

Also I have set up Oracle 10g Express Edition in order to practise on.

Has anyone taken this exam, and would they please point me in the right direction in regards to forums, websites, books, etc. It would be much appreciated.

Welcome to this forum.

Correct, you only need to pass this one exam to call yourself an Oracle SQL Certified Expert.

Sample questions are available at http://www.oracle.com/global/us/education/certification/sample_questions/exam_1z0-047.html

Best of luck with the exam!

Frank

Did anyone took the "1Z0-047 Oracle Database SQL Expert" exam? What's your opinion about the exam?

Is this enought to get an SQL dev job (+3 years practise)?
