hi everybody
can anyone help me to write data on com port in form 6i let suppose i have a kind of device which is attached with com port
my poblem is this that when i will click button from software bulb should on which is attached on device

thanks for reply

reading data from comport it is a peace of cake for me by using mscomm object but sending bytes on comport to open a electric door that is creating problem for me if you have any idea pls help

I assume the door is connected to your PC via a plug-in board. Is this correct?

Do you have a command that you can run at the command prompt that will cause the door to be opened and / or closed?

If so, then try it in a 'host' command.
