when i write RMAN I get this message rman not found
is there is any backage that should be installed before running this command

Always post the full oracle version and your OS version.
Always post the exact error message instead of describing it.

Just a guess.
You did not set $ORACLE_HOME/bin in your PATH.

And maybe you didn't set ORACLE_HOME in your environment.
