How to Store and View pdf file using form 6i [message #378904]

Hi, Happy New Year to you all
Now i know how to store and view image file using form 6i, but don't know how to store and view pdf file using form 6i. To store the pdf file i have declared the data type as a long row, as i don't have the patch file to working with BLOB. So can anyone please help me regarding the matter with a hints please. Thanks in advance.

Have you considered writing the pdf to a temporary file, then using 'host' to show the file. You could then delete the fiel as part of a cleanup step.
