hi all,
I have one problem related to file on oracle server.
without using UTL_FILE can i create a file on server if no then is any other way to create a flat text file without knowing directory?????

What do you mean by "without knowing directory". How can you create a file if you don't know where it should go?

i think that it should store at default directory of oracle so isn't it possible??

As we already said in your previous topic "Oracle default directory" there is NO default directory and your final answer was:
