ORA-20000: ORU-10028:
is a valid error message. Mr. Sathiakumar DID NOT make it up himself.
If you do not believe, go to Metalink and search on 'ORA-20000: ORU-10028:'. Good luck.

Its a valid error. I had it today. I searched on web and bumped on this page. Then I searched the entire error string and found following link which explains the error. Its basically saying that your dbms output should be limited to 255 characters.
