very urgent- calling SQLPLUS from PL/sql [message #38899]

Hi,
How can I Call or run SQLPLUS from Pl/SQL.
I want to run a script file(.sql) from Pl/sql block.
How can i do that.I thought of runnig the SQLPLUS from PL/sql first but i don;t know how.
