When i use new_form('LOGIN_NEW') or a call_form procedure, oracle displays a message saying "form does not exist", or can not read form('form name'). Both called, new_form are created, compiles, and in the same folder. Can anyone give any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

try setting forms45_path/forms50_path depending on ur form version
