It is an Oracle 8.1.6 with SP 8.1.6.1 on Win2K SP1.
I can't start Oracle Management Service, got this message: "Error 997: Overlapped I/O operation is in progress".
I know it is a known bug but I don't know how to solve it.
Please help! Thanks,

Gabor
