I am aware of the parameter in init.ora file allowing the number of open_links to be set. But we have never been able to get more than about 9 links working at one time. Does anyone know how?

The other problem we need to solve is how to force a refresh of a snapshot group in CODE (not by pressing the button in Schema Manager. Can anyone post the necessary code?

Find the value for Open_links from the init.ora
file .If possible increase this value.

To refresh a group call API Dbms_refresh.refresh
passing group name as parameter.
