Oracle Error : ORA-13774: insufficient privileges to select data from the workload repository

Cause: The user attempted to perform an operation without having the appropriate privileges on views DBA_HIST_BASELINE, DBA_HIST_SQLTEXT, DBA_HIST_SQLSTAT, DBA_HIST_SQLBIND, DBA_HIST_OPTIMIZER_ENV, and DBA_HIST_SNAPSHOT.

Action: Adjust the user"s privileges and retry the operation.

What should be the privilege that should be granted for this?

Regards,
Oli

I have not tested any of this however, I would imagine one of these solutions should work for you:

1) DBA role
2) select any table
3) select any dictionary
4) direct grants on the views and their underlying tables

There might be a more streamlined solution, and possibly also a database role specifically for using these, but I do not know of it.

Good luck, Kevin

Thanks Kevin.

Heard that using STA feature is not going to be a good approach
as it only care about the sql running and provides alternative solutions by creating index if required. It does not care about
other sqls though it optimizes the sql .
