Hi,
Is there any function provided by oracle to convert hexadecimal value to numeric one.
i have X'OE' as hex i want to convert it into numeric .

Is the Documentation broken at your end of the internet?

select to_char(1234567,'XXXXXX') from dual;

select to_number('12D687','XXXXXX') from dual;

also "OE" is not hex. "0E" might be, but not "OE"
