I am trying to use one of the new feature in 10g ,SQL TUNING ADVISOR feature...But I am not finding any recommendations for bad sql as per the document.

Maybe there is no bad SQL or there is no suitable recommendation.

For an sql, which is running in oracle 10g but performance is not good, by using this feature I am getting only this message:
ORA-00900: invalid SQL statement
