I've set the audit_trail option to true.
In Aud$ table i found the audit log data, but there's no information about what program or module that used by every logged sessionID.
What should i do to get those information and how to save those to a permanent table.?

Regards..

You have to create a logon trigger to record this information in your own audit table.
