Hi all, is there any sequence to change db users passwords? I mean, first change scott user password, next system user password, next sys user password and so on?

As far as I can tell, you can change any password whenever you want. Or, you don't have to change any of them ever (not a very smart idea, though).

However, note that certain database features may suffer from password changes (such as database links, for example, which depend on a password).
