I would like to migrate store procedures and triggers from sybase to oracle 10g. Will help if you provide any tools to migrate and test it ?

Are you actually incapable of doing research fro yourself, or do you just want to be spoonfed?

Oracle Migration Workbench is part of SQL*Developer, which is a
free product.
