want to insert a record into a table hotel:
i use this SQL :
insert into hotel(name) values('AKKOÇ BUTIK OTEL TURIZ');
but it is inserted like ''AKKO? BUTIK OTEL TURIZ'' ?!
how can i fix that?

I use PLSQL Developer

1/ Correct database character set
2/ Correct client character set
3/ Correct NLS_LANG setting

1. I use nvarchar

but how about the 2 others point , how can i set them?
