Job Title: CRM Siebel Support
Location: New York City
Duration: Full Time/Permanent
Salary: 80-105k + 15% performance bonus + 10% stock bonus

The CRM Support Specialist will oversee user and technical support of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and reporting initiatives and systems. Individual will assist the CRM team with system administration, user administration, and project support, including testing of new releases, user training, and development of simple reports and analytics. Individual will have experience with Siebel CRM OnDemand or equivalent CRM systems.
Essential Job Functions:

* Lead support resource for Siebel CRM OnDemand and reporting systems
* Provide timely email and phone-based support for 500 users in North America
* Provide and coordinate user training; help develop and maintain training materials
* Provide project support, including testing of new releases, interfaces, and system changes
* Provide user administration for Siebel, including setup and maintenance of user accounts
* Rigorously track and follow-up on user issues and system bugs
* Assist with creation of ad hoc reports and analytics
* Monitor and enforce data quality and integrity
* Understand, maintain, and update system interface requirements
* Customize Siebel fields and page layouts
* Open, monitor, and escalate system issues to Siebel/Oracle
* Manage user communications around system issues

Education/Experience Requirements:

* Bachelors degree (B.A or B.S) or equivalent
* 3+ years experience in operational support of CRM system (preferably Siebel)
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple critical tasks with high attention to detail
* Ability to communicate complex technical issues to customers, business and/or associates
* Ability to remain patient and courteous when fielding user complaints and system issues
* Experience with enterprise databases, including basic SQL queries and usage
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Basic web development skills a plus
