CREATE PROCEDURE NEW_PROC
AS

BEGIN
DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('NEW PROCEDURE');

END NEW_PROC;

When I try to create this procedure, it is throwing the following error
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01401: inserted value too large for column
ORA-06512: at line 2

Please help

If there is an error in the trigger, yes.

Query dba_triggers. Select the rows with an empty TABLE_NAME
