Well, it works fine on my Oracle 10g on MS Windows XP:
SQL> create or replace procedure prc_test as
  2  begin
  3    null;
  4  end;
  5  /

Procedure created.

SQL> save prc_test.sql
Created file prc_test.sql

Please don't post image for your problem, copy and paste your screen in TEXT format.
Before simply read OraFAQ Forum Guide, especially "How to format your post?" section.
Make sure that lines of code do not exceed 80 characters when you format.
Indent the code (See SQL Formatter) and align the columns in result.
Use the "Preview Message" button to verify.
Also always post your Oracle version (4 decimals).

Regards
Michel
