Hi,

I want the script for deleting the files with particular extension such as .arc upto the some peroid of days .
for example to delete the .arc files 30 days back.

This is not an Oracle problem. Please try a site associated with your operating system.

It should be part of your RMAN backup stratagy (using "delete input" option).
