Hi,
We are using VSS for source control but unfortunatly one of my peer1
changed some valuable code in package and compiled. Next day another peer2
checked out same package from vSS, implemented another code and checked
in. finally we lost peer1 changes.
Is there any chance to recover previous compiled code of package.?

Please suggest, otherwise we need to rewrite that code block again.

If you've got a backup of the database that was taken at the point where the code you want was compiled into the database, then that would let you do it.

VSS maintains history of changes.

Open VSS and get previous code via history.

If you don't have a backup.

you don't follow VSS.Then you bette start writing your code
again.

At least this will be a lesson for you to have
backup before changing anything.

I think this is just a common sense nothing else.

Rajat
