Is there any best method to load the huge data from table into file(s)(other than UTL_FILE)?

can a partioning of table is useful for this scenario?

You mean "unload".
SELECT is the best way.

Yes. I want to write the whole table data into csv file and delete the table.

decision should be on basis of performance.

And your requirement.
Major difference is UTL_FILE is server side.
Spool will create the file from wherever you call it.

apex 3.1.2 has got some interface faility to do this. ofcourse i do not know your platform

Thanks what is this apex 3.1.2? can u brief it pls?

File is to be created on unix platform from the oracle table.

Please let me know if any thing required?

CSV files are somewhat "old school" & a newer alternative would be XML file.

It is in Home->utilities->data load/unload
