I have successfully upgraded from apex 3.0 to 3.1 and it is running fine. But so far i have not been able to identify the major differences between apex 3.0 and apex 3.1. Experts kindly throw light on this.

Take a look at Interactive Reports those were new in 3.1

Thank you, yes i have seen it and it seems to be good.
is there anyway to create template in excel and link the report.
