There is a Bug 4556989 that seems to be similar to your problem. It is fixed in 10.2.0.2 and a patch is available for your version.

I would suggest 10.2.0.4.

Please report back if this resolves your problem.

That is a debug message that can be turned off with:

crsctl debug log crs OCRSRV:0

and then restarting crs.

No, it doesn't mean you won't have any log. You can turn it back on if ever needed. Again, this is a benign message and can be simply ignored too.

Referring to the documentation will help with additional questions (Dynamic Debugging).

I have another problem wit mounting OCFS partition ,
at first I mount OCFS in fstab file (Automatically) and i had a problem with this , when one of nodes starting up anothere nodes was restarting and finally i removed ocfs mounting from fstab file and mount ocfs on 2 nodes manually using following command :

mount -t ocfs2 -o datavolume,nointr /dev/sda1 /u02/ocfs2

but , now if some times the os shutdown , i need to mount ocfs partion manually again ,
do you have any idea about this problem with automatic ocfs mounting ?
