From within the form, run the report, and then call the next form.

no i mean

i run report priview ok then
deptno name sal
10 rizwan 20000 Pushbutton
20 arif 50000 Pushbutton
30 kawish 12000 pushbutton

when i click push button then call form or where report deptno = form deptno then i edit record and commit

i think so are you understand

Perhaps you'd benefit from finally reading the OraFAQ Forum Guide. It seems that people find it to be an annoying document, but it really contains some useful information. One of these is "how to get a quick answer to your question" section which, among other options, suggests you to Search the board. If you had done that, you'd already have your answer (for example, this thread).
