Couple of questions (as I wanted to clear some confusion)...

a) I worked on 10.7 thru 11.5.8 versions of Oracle Applications (OM, GL, INV, BOM and AR)....I understand and am familiar with some of the enhancements/functionalty that have been made in different modules in 11.5.9/11.5.10 and Release 12

What about from a development perspective? Oracle Forms and Reports (say 6i or 9i) are no longer used in 11.5.10 and above? Do you have to learn and use OA framework? How is ADF different from OAF? How is BPEL useful? (recently I have been working on some supply chain software with release 11 of Oracle and would like to get back working on ERP)

Would appreciate if someone can shed some light.
