Explain what you mean with "bulk write".
All what you can do in the documentation of UTL_FILE.

Actually I am using Utl_file using reading curor using for loop. Utl_file write the file one by one. I want to know is there any way to write a multiple file in single iteration.Like oracle bulk collect. And which hints r perform better performance in utl_file.

Remember that Oracle is a data manager not a file manager.
As I said, what you can do with utl_file is in the documentation.
There is nothing more.
